This is a Custom Page - you can add as many as you like, and you can place them in a hierarchy with unlimited nested levels. Each page can have whatever content you like - either plain text or HTML code.
Your custom pages will appear in the main menu, and can also appear in the side menu if you choose to do so in the website preferences.
In addition, a trail of breadcrumb links is automatically shown under the page title to show where the current page is in the hierarchy, and to allow easy backwards navigation. If a page has any child pages, links to these are displayed at the bottom.
